Next Generation Creamery is 3 generations working together. We understand what your family is looking for, because family is what we do. We are a family owned and operated operation. While our third generation may be young, you can often find them tagging along in all we do.
The Family Business
Next Generation Creamery was started in 2020 by Patrick & Alex Grimshaw – a father and son team. They had a goal – to being the milk we produce on our farm directly to store shelves. Patrick has been farming on his own for over 30 years, and plans to pass the farm down one day. Agriculture is all about the next generation. We do what we do in the hopes of passing it down to our kids one day, so our legacy the legacy of generations before us will carry on.
From Farm to Table
One of the benefits of farm to table is getting to know the farmer behind your food, and that’s something we aim to do. Consumers have become so removed from how their food is produced, and that leads to confusion and distrust. That is a gap we hope to bridge. Feel free to ask us anything!
